6 bolt to 4 bolt adapter with VSS for the 1997-Current GM 4L60E/4L65/4L70 4 speed automatic transmission.adapter kit.
Advance Adapter
This kit has a reluctor ring that fits a stock GM 4L60E / 4L65E / 4L70E 4WD output shaft, if you are using a Advance Adapters 700R output shaft then you need to use kit PN50-0405.
This kit was designed to adapt the late model 4L60E hex bolt pattern to any 700R adapter that Advance Adapters manufactures. The adapter length is 1.50″ and when bolted on to the 4L60E, the overall length of the transmission is 23.375″. Adapter material is 356 T-6 heat treated aluminum alloy. The adapter kit includes an adapter housing, GM VSS sensor, clamp-on reluctor ring, fastening hardware and adapter instructions.
Transmission
The adapter kit is designed for exclusive use with a late model 4L60E with a removable bellhousing.
